A chi è rivolto

The service is aimed at companies intending to sign a convention contract with the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of Puglia and Basilicata.

Come fare

To carry out paid analyses under the agreement, it is necessary to download the forms attached to the page, fill them in and send them in one of the following ways:

• via certified email to protocollo@pec.izspb.it
• by post to Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale della Puglia e della Basilicata, via Manfredonia n.20 – 71121;
• delivered by hand to the central office in Foggia at the protocol office or in one of the diagnostic sections of the Institute.

Cosa serve

To activate the service you need:

• Agreement Request Form;
• Agreement form.

Cosa si ottiene

You will receive the agreement signed by the legal representative of the Institution with the list of required evidence attached.

Tempi e scadenze

The end of the administrative process will be notified to the email/certified email address entered in the request form.

To find out the outcome of the procedure, consult the email address associated with the email address indicated in the form.
