“Filieraagroalimentare pugliese: sicura buona!” is the title of the promotional and transmedia video on food safety and animal health, which highlights the quality of regional agri-food production as a reflection of an important surveillance and control activity, which will be presented during a press conference on Thursday 21 March at 11.00 in the Sala di Jeso at the Presidency of the Puglia Region (Lungomare Nazario Sauro 33, Bari).
From the Annual Report of the Multi-year Regional Control Plan on Food Safety and Animal Health, it emerges that Puglia, thanks to the number and quality of controls, ranks first at a national level for the average number of pesticides searched for on a single sample and second for the number of analyses transmitted to the Ministry of Health.
The meeting will be attended by Alessandro Piva, a well-known director, screenwriter and film producer, who oversaw the creative production of the communication campaign, and Tancredi Di Paola, the emerging director who directed the commercial. The President of the Puglia Region, Michele Emiliano, the Regional Councillor for the Environment, Anna Grazia Maraschio, the Regional Councillor for Health, Rocco Palese, the General Director of the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of Puglia and Basilicata, Antonio Fasanella, the General Director of Arpa Puglia, Vito Bruno, the Director of the Health and Wellbeing Promotion Section of the Puglia Region, Onofrio Mongelli, will participate in the press conference.
