Descrizione
Pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 32, of law 190/2012 - with reference to the procedures for choosing the contractor for the awarding of works, supplies and services - the contracting authorities are required to publish on their institutional websites:
- the proposing structure
- the subject of the tender
- the list of operators invited to submit offers
- the successful tenderer
- the award amount
- the completion times of the work, service or supply
- the amount of the sums paid.
