| Communication obligation for the purposes of invoicing transactions |
Please remember that, pursuant to art. 21, paragraph II, letter f) of Presidential Decree 633/72, for the issuing of invoices for laboratory analyses or the sale of vaccines it is mandatory to communicate to the relevant offices:
In the absence of this, pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 228/2012 (so-called Stability Law), it will not be possible to issue invoices. |
