To this end, you need to access the "Research of accredited tests" section of the ACCREDIA portal and enter the accreditation number "0296", which identifies this Institute, in the text field called "Research of accredited tests for Laboratory".
The procedure is shown in the image attached to the page; it is possible to download and enlarge it.
Accreditation demonstrates the laboratory's technical competence to carry out specific tests and the implementation of a quality management system aligned with the principles of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
Accreditation requires compliance with the technical and organizational requirements of the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard. Accreditation does not include activities related to the formulation of professional judgments or opinions, even if based on the results of accredited tests. ACCREDIA is not responsible for the results of the tests or for opinions and interpretations based on the results. Accreditation cannot be used for the certification of samples and/or products. All samples subjected to testing are adequately stored until the required tests are carried out and, with the exception of those subject to specific regulations, are disposed of in accordance with current provisions relating to waste management. The IZS of Puglia and Basilicata has signed an agreement with Accredia in which all the reciprocal commitments that regulate accreditation are detailed.
